Belt conveyors are equipment used in treatment plants to transport screenings or dewatered sludge to the disposal location. They are not limited to treatment plants and can also be used in many different areas such as mining and logistics.
The belt stretched between two drums moves on carrier rollers mounted on the frame, transferring the material it carries to the desired location. The scraper plate located at the discharge point removes and drops any residue remaining on the belt.
The chassis to which the drums are attached is made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel. All rollers are manufactured from stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel. As the tape material, oil-resistant nitrile rubber with a fabric core is preferred. Thanks to the sensors in the equipment that enable rapid and easy transfer of waste and which are integrated into the plant automation system, conditions such as drum slippage, belt breakage, or excessive strain are reported to the operator, enabling quick action to be taken. technical ruler feature value Bandwidth Up to 1,000 mm Band Length Up to 20,000 mm Material Galvanized / AISI304 / AISI316L
