Rotary Disc Screens with high filtration efficiency are designed for use in wastewater containing fine particles and particularly high amounts of fibrous material. The wastewater passing through the discs made of stainless steel screens is filtered and discharged into the outlet chamber. The residues remaining on the screen surface are swept into the waste chamber by means of pressurized washing water sprayed from nozzles, thus removed from the system.

Description
Rotary Disc Screens can be manufactured in capacities ranging from 10 m³/h to 400 m³/h and with screen openings varying from 150 microns to 1000 microns, depending on the capacity and quality of the water to be treated. All parts, including the screens and frame system, are manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
