It is used for the purpose of separating substances larger than 1 mm in size from wastewater. The Drum Screen operates on the principle of retaining solid particles from wastewater that enters via the external flow, outside the screen. The drum, consisting of special triangular-section bars, effectively removes a large portion of solid waste, reducing the pollution load of the wastewater and aiding in the smooth operation of the treatment plant.

Description
The system consists of a drive unit comprising a motor and reducer, a drum, a scraper blade, and a backwash system. The equipment, which features a compact design, can be manufactured in desired capacities. All materials are made of stainless steel.
Thanks to their simple structure and continuous screening capability, they are preferred in low-capacity pre-treatment units.
