Rapid Mixers are used in water and wastewater treatment processes for the preparation of chemical solutions. The desired mixing in the water is achieved by means of a shaft directly coupled to the motor and the rotary action of the agitator fans located at the end of this shaft at 70-132 rpm. They are manufactured as standard in powers ranging from 0.37 kW to 11 kW, depending on the type and capacity of the fluid to be mixed. For powers outside this range, custom-designed manufacturing is carried out based on capacity and tank dimensions.
