Rotary Bridge Scrapers, which are designed to remove sludge from treatment plants, can be manufactured in various types. The equipment, consisting of a centrally mounted bridge and associated upper and lower scraper arms, rotates via wheels connected to a motor-reducer group, enabling the removal of bottom sludge to the sludge pit at the pool center. The foam formed on the surface is scraped off with the scraper located at the top and removed from the system into the foam container. Clean water is collected from the surface by overflowing through submersible curtains and adjustable V-shaped weirs placed around the pool.

Rotary Bridge Scrapers can be manufactured in full, half, or tailed configurations, up to a diameter of 50 meters, depending on process requirements. The bridge, made of specially bent steel material, can be manufactured from stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel upon request, with the water-exposed parts entirely made of stainless steel. In addition to the conventional type sludge skimming system, they can also be manufactured with bottom sludge suction. The surface foam skimming system can be manufactured either with a crawler or with a screw mechanism.
