The equipment separates the sand from its organic components by mixing it with the built-in mixer. The settled sand is transported upward via a spiral conveyor while being washed with clean water, thus being completely freed from adhering organic matter. Thus, harmless and easily disposable inert sand is obtained. The wastewater containing organic matter within the tank is discharged from the system via a motor-driven valve on the equipment. Clean water exits the system by overflowing from the surface. This way, sand, organic matter, and water are separated from each other.

Washing Sand Separators, manufactured entirely from stainless steel, are produced according to capacities suitable for the process. The equipment features its own automation panel, minimizing manual intervention and providing operational convenience. Additionally, by reducing the volume of sand to be disposed of to a minimum, it contributes to operational costs.
